He leans on his prior experience working for both plaintiff and defense side firms, offering a nuanced perspective on all aspects of his cases. Patrick has achieved favorable results for clients, including securing dismissal in a First Amendment dispute and negotiating a resolution that minimized liability and avoided prolonged litigation in a construction matter. He provides strategic counsel throughout litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Currently, Patrick is preparing for a construction industry arbitration stemming from a breach of contract dispute.
