Jenna collaborates with attorneys in the Bankruptcy Department, providing valuable support in preparing, drafting, and filing cases in both Oregon and Washington. Her primary focus lies in assisting attorneys who specialize in handling a wide range of consumer and small business filings, encompassing both standard and complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.

As a paralegal with the bankruptcy practice, Jenna actively participates in the drafting and management of cases from start-to-finish; she works closely with clients to gather and analyze documentation applicable to the success of their case, conducts research of federal and state court proceedings, and provides guidance to consumers and small businesses through the process of bankruptcy.

I am sympathetic and understanding of the circumstances that may result in the consideration or decision to file bankruptcy.  I have a friendly and approachable demeanor which is reflective of my determination to assist attorneys and clients through the complicated processes of bankruptcy, with the goal of receiving discharge.

My tenacious spirit is driven by helping others during a time of need, and seeking solutions to obstacles that may arise along the way. I approach legal matters with compassion and knowledge that each case is individual and differs from the next. My curiosity and commitment to working as a team allows me to seek and learn new methods of providing excelled legal services to clients of the Pacific Northwest.

Having moved from Northern California in late 2019, outside of the office I am typically found exploring new places in Portland. I enjoy crossing another “must see” or “must try” off my list of Portland dining/places to experience.

My interests include collaging and collecting vintage magazines, taking trips with my fiancé and our two dogs (the cat stays home) to see new sights, and spending time with friends and family. When the weather is warm, I visit the river regularly, as well as enjoy visiting various farms on Sauvie Island for fresh produce and goods.
