Legal issues are often complicated and frustrating, and that is why I believe it is important to have a dedicated and intelligent attorney on your side. I make myself available to all of my clients, no matter how big or small, and seek to find the most effective and efficient solutions to their problems.

Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of legal matters across a wide-array of industries. This experience allows me to view my clients’ problems through a critical lens and work towards creative solutions. I do not believe in a “one-size fits all” approach to practicing law, as every issue is unique and every client deserves a more thoughtful approach.

  • Obtained a highly favorable settlement for a secured lender in a chapter 11, subchapter V bankruptcy matter after litigating the debtor’s proposed use of cash collateral and moving for relief from stay.
  • Obtained full dismissal with prejudice of civil RICO, conspiracy, unjust enrichment and other claims against client in highly litigious matter.

My interests are geared towards my adventurous side. I’m an avid snowboarder in the winter and kiteboarder in the summer. When not doing either, I can be found exploring the greater Pacific Northwest with my retired racing greyhound named Betty.

In addition, I love international travel. I have visited over 35 countries and lived in Jordan, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
