Howard represents clients in cases filed in Oregon and Washington state, and also regularly represents creditor clients in Chapter 11 case filed throughout the country.
Jeffrey (Jeff) Misley is a trusted attorney with 40 years of experience representing creditors, lenders, governmental entities, trustees, and court appointed receivers in both federal and state court cases. He has represented secured creditors in Chapter 11 cases field throughout the country. A significant portion of Jeff’s practice involves the representation of farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
