Natalie advises clients on legal issues and challenges related to estate planning, business planning, tax, and real estate transactions. She meets with clients and develops unique and personally tailored estate plans to help clients achieve their goals and obtain peace of mind. Natalie works with clients on business succession planning, and integrating such planning into a client’s estate plan. She provides her clients with in depth estate and business planning by focusing on the uniqueness of individuals and families, as well as their assets and goals. Natalie’s goal is to help all of her clients establish tax-sensitive wealth preservation plans and transactions.
Natalie also advises and assists clients with their businesses, whether it be starting a new business, advising in business operations and maintenance, or assisting in a sale or purchase of a business. She enjoys ensuring that clients have adequate assistance in running their business throughout all stages.
While at the University of Oregon School of Law, Natalie gained extensive experience through her pro bono service as an Estate Planning Fellow in the Wills for the Underserved program and as a participant in the Advanced Business Law Clinic. She also served as a research assistant for an estate planning and tax professor. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for a business law firm in Ventura, California, where she did tax research and assisted clients with various business matters.
