Have you ever received a file from HR after an employee files a lawsuit or BOLI complaint and wished you could turn back the clock and re-write the personnel documents in the file?

Please join the Corporate Counsel section for a lunch hosted by Sussman Shank and an interactive discussion about minimizing risk in employment litigation by creating good evidence, preserving confidentiality, and understanding the moving parts of a lawsuit from witness evaluation, to collection of key documents, to practical tips on managing litigation and relationships with outside counsel and insurance representatives.
