Heather A. Kmetz named to Forty Under 40 by the Portland Business Journal
Portland -- Sussman Shank LLP is proud to announce that Heather A. Kmetz has been honored by the Portland Business Journal as one of Portland’s Forty under 40. Honorees are recognized for outstanding leadership in business and civic affairs. Heather is active in the work of regional civic organizations, including the Oregon Business Association, the City Club of Portland, and the New Progressive Network (dba Oregon Bus Project). Additionally, she serves on the Northwestern University Alumni Admission Council.
Heather’s practice focuses on taxation, estate and wealth preservation planning, trust and estate administration, corporate and partnership law as well as non profit organization law and climate change law. She is the author of several articles and is an active lecturer.
