Elizabeth A. Semler to Chair Employment Practice Group
Portland -- Elizabeth A. Semler has been chosen to chair Sussman Shank LLP’s Employment Practice Group. Ms. Semler has extensive experience dealing with the Family and Medical Leave Act, Oregon’s Family Leave Acts, the Fair Labor Standards Act and corresponding Oregon statutes. Elizabeth is admitted to practice in Oregon and New York. She specializes in crafting employment manuals and policies, employment liability litigation, BOLI/EEOC investigations, and wage and hour violations.
