Timothy Solomon Joins Sussman Shank LLP
Portland, OR -- Sussman Shank LLP is pleased to welcome Timothy A. Solomon to the firm as an associate in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. Mr. Solomon has been involved in many of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases in the country, representing debtors, creditors, committees and trustees. He also has significant experience in general commercial litigation, including trademark, breach of contract and professional negligence cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Solomon was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, and another major law firm in New York City. He earned his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and his B.A. from Reed College. Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice law in Oregon and New York.
