Professional Experience
James Marron is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. For nearly a decade, James has concentrated on creative resolutions of business and construction disputes whether in arbitration, mediation, trial, or in the appellate courts. He has represented developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and architects. James focuses his practice on commercial and residential construction defect matters, construction litigation, lien foreclosures, public contracting disputes, and insurance coverage analysis and disputes.
James has a diverse background in business litigation and also supports all areas of our Litigation Group.
