Professional Experience Heather is an an associate in our Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on franchise law, class action suits, trademark & copyright law and intellectual property.
Prior to joining Sussman Shank LLP, Heather practiced in securities, copyright, and merger & acquisition litigation at the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, PC. Heather began her legal career in complex litigation, arbitration, and white collar criminal investigation for Dewey Ballantine, LLP in New York.
In addition, she has also done pro bono representation in immigration law and criminal defense. During law school, Ms. Lee participated in the Government Civil Litigation Clinic through the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York.
