Professional Experience
Mr. Nunn has over 30 years of experience handling business issues. He serves as outside general counsel to privately held and family owned businesses. His practice emphasizes contract negotiations, tax, finance, M&A, securities, real estate and international transactions. Primary clients include equipment and parts dealers, software companies, equipment manufacturers, nonprofit organizations, business consultants and family businesses.
Before becoming a lawyer, Bob was a CPA. His experience in the non-law aspects of business give him the ability to better advise clients on the best business solutions.
Bob has extensive experience with institutional-level investments, including manager selection and development of investment policies. Bob also chairs the endowment committee of Willamette University and has served on the investment committees of Legacy Health Systems and the Professional Liability Fund.
Bob is AV®, peer review rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington.

Bob joined Sussman Shank LLP after a partnership at two large law firms and having successfully started a new firm. His experience in forming and running his own business helps him better serve his business clients.
