We have substantial experience working with clients on development projects from subdivisions to manufacturing facilities to condominium projects. We are also well-versed in litigation related to all of those areas.
The firm is very involved in preparing construction documents and in providing representation and problem solving for our clients in the construction industry. We recently represented a client in a mediation against a local municipality that was resolved by the municipality paying substantial additional change order amounts to our client and a release of substantially all of the municipality's liquidated damage claims.
