Ms. Sanchez advises long-term care facilities and other health care providers on business regulatory and litigation issues. She focuses on resident relationship issues, including admissions and discharge of residents, collection of accounts receivable from various payment sources, and HIPAA compliance. In addition to advising facilities, Ms. Sanchez drafts admission agreements, arbitration agreements, resident handbooks, and related documents as well as provides training to facilities regarding these topics.
Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights
Ms. Sanchez bankruptcy/creditors' rights practice focuses on assisting creditors in all matters relating to unsecured collections, judgment executions, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures; and foreclosing security interests. She also advises and represents creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
Estate & Trust Administration/Dispute Resolution
As a member of the Estate & Trust Administration/Dispute Resolution team, Ms. Sanchez assists individuals and businesses to effectively navigate the complicated and sometimes highly emotional contested issues arising from probate estates, protective proceedings, and trust administration.
